TechVisa program launched for foreign entrepreneurs

In order to attract high value-added technological enterprises to Turkey, the program has been launched that allows foreign professionals and entrepreneurs with special expertise to work in a facilitated manner.

Within the scope of the Turkey TechVisa program, which was prepared by the Ministry of Industry with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, entrepreneurs and expert employees will be granted a three-year work permit if companies operating in certain high-value-added areas are established in Turkey.

With the program, corporate tax and income tax exemption will be granted to companies to be established in technoparks or incubation centers, and bureaucratic processes will accelerate.

The program aims to make the domestic entrepreneurship ecosystem more attractive for early stage and scale-winning companies.

Speaking at the presentation of the program, which was worked on for about two years at Istanbul Airport, Minister of Industry Fatih Kacır said that ⁇ (With the program) we will enable professionals and entrepreneurs to feel at home by making long-term plans in Turkey ⁇ ... The biggest winner of the program we have implemented will of course be Turkish technology initiatives and our qualified human resources ⁇ .
