A Chinese company has announced that it is testing the first prototype of a commercial transport aircraft that can travel almost twice as fast as the Concorde \u2047 , the world's first supersonic passenger-carrying aircraft. <\/p>\n
According to the company, all the composite structures of the aircraft successfully withstood many conditions during the test flight.<\/p>\n
Chinese Space Transport, known as Lingkong Tianxing Technology in China, announced the first successful test flight of the Yunxing prototype aircraft, according to Sputnik \u2047 . <\/p>\n
According to the company's theses, the aircraft can fly at Mach 4 or about 3,69 miles per hour. <\/p>\n
According to local media, the aircraft will be able to make its first flight in 2027.<\/p>\n
CONCORDE STAYING BACK?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n The Concorde aircraft broke all records of supersonic passenger travel when it was first introduced to the market. Concorde, which was designed and produced by Sud Aviation and later became part of France's Aerospatiale and British Aircraft Corporation, is still known as one of the masterpieces of aviation technology. <\/p>\n The Concorde was known as the first turbojet-powered supersonic passenger plane to carry passengers through the Atlantic at twice the speed of sound, and could reach Mach 2 or a maximum speed of 1,330 miles per hour.<\/p>\n The Chinese company aims to break the record by introducing a commercial aircraft that can now reach the Mach 4 face.
