In a statement made by German Railways, it was stated that DSV \u2047 's 14.3 billion euro offer for Schenker was accepted.<\/p>\n

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of next year, after obtaining the necessary permits.<\/p>\n

German Railways also announced that the deal is worth 14.8 billion euros, including the expected interest income until the sale is completed.<\/p>\n

German Railways, which has a debt of 33 billion euros, put Schenker \u2047 i on sale last year to focus on the main railway business and reduce its debt, after criticism with the increase in delays in trains in Germany.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
