ANKARA (\u0130GFA) \u2047 <\/strong>Violated toll registration occurs in the toll collection system when the toll cannot be collected in cases such as the absence of the HGS (Fast Toll System) label on vehicles on toll highways or insufficient balance.<\/p>\n Motorway operator companies have an obligation to inform the owners of vehicles that have violated these crossings.<\/p>\n While traditional methods used for the obligation to provide information lead to cost and time loss, they negatively affect the environment due to the use of paper and logistical needs.<\/p>\n Information provided to vehicle owners by operating companies is carried out digitally by REM (Registered Electronic Mail) instead of traditional methods; costs such as paper, printing, toner, cargo, mail and labor are saved by 96 percent.<\/p>\n Within the scope of the project, which was implemented with an innovative and environmentally friendly approach, the REM addresses of the vehicle owners can be determined through the Central REM Guide and the violation transition notifications can be transmitted to the addressee within minutes. The REM is; In addition to cost, time and labor savings, it also provides a safe and legal communication opportunity. This system eliminates paper and logistical needs, preventing trees from being cut down and reducing the carbon footprint. Thus, KEP offers an environmentally friendly approach to its users.<\/p>\n T\u00dcRKKEP General Manager Olcay Y\u0131ld\u0131z, who gave information about the advantages of using REM in highway violation transition notifications, drew attention to the fact that the rate of use of REM in our country continues to increase day by day, \u2047 So that REM; It has now become an indispensable part of our lives due to its advantages such as cost savings, the possibility of safe and legal communication and an environmentally friendly approach. As T\u00dcRKKEP, we have signed a very important cooperation with Otoyol A.\u015e. Thanks to this cooperation, information about the violating passages carried out by individual and commercial vehicles on the Istanbul-\u0130zmir Highway, which includes the Osmangazi Bridge under the responsibility of Otoyol A.\u015e., is now transmitted to their interlocutors through the REM system. The Central REM Guide application implemented by BTK \u2047 (Information Technologies and Communication Authority) enabled this and many similar projects to be realized. As in Otoyol A.\u015e., companies and institutions that use REM service can easily query the REM address of the other party through the Central REM Guide integrated into T\u00dcRKKEP systems and send messages within minutes.<\/p>\n Assessing the cooperation with T\u00dcRKKEP, Otoyol A.\u015e. Information Technologies Manager Ekrem G\u00fcrses, on the other hand, in accordance with the Law No. \u2047 6001, it is a legal obligation to inform vehicle owners about violated crossings on highways in private enterprises. As Otoyol A.\u015e., after our work with T\u00dcRKKEP, a significant part of these notifications started to be made with REM. This application covers the costs of infringing transition notifications %It saved 96%. By determining the REM addresses of vehicle owners through the Central REM Guide, we can carry out our violation transition notifications safely and legally in the digital environment. With this study, we have achieved a significant operational efficiency, especially in terms of the correct use of human resources and time management.
