National Vehicle Recognition System (UTTS) Vehicle Owner Taxpayer 2024 Unit Price List has been announced by the General Directorate of Mint and Stamp Printing.
Vehicle Recognition Unit (TTB) price was determined as 1,810 TL (excluding VAT) for 1 unit. This price will include the assembly service fee that vehicle owners will make to authorized companies.

The National Vehicle Recognition System (UTTS) unit prices for 2024 have been determined. According to the statement, the price of the Vehicle Recognition Unit (TTB) was determined as 1,810 TL (excluding VAT) for 1 unit.
Payments, including the cost of the assembly service to be performed by authorized companies, can be made to the bank account specified on www.utts.gov.tr, the official website of the General Directorate of Mint and Stamp Printing.
These unit prices, which are special for 2024, will be increased by the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute in 2025 and later, and the new prices will enter into force at the beginning of each year.
